DMCA and Takedown Process[ ]

This page explains how to request the removal of copyrighted material from WikiProducers and how to submit a counter-notice if you believe content was removed in error.

4. Processing Requests[ ]

  • Valid DMCA requests will be reviewed promptly.
  • If approved, the infringing material will be removed or access will be disabled.
  • The user who added the material may be notified and given the option to submit a counter-notice.

5. Counter-Notice Process[ ]

If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. The URL of the content that was removed.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Repeat Infringers[ ]

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material may be suspended or permanently banned from WikiProducers.
